(Image courtesy of www.bbc.co.uk)Halloween is a time for people of all ages to have fun and enjoy themselves. Children trick-or-treating and parents taking their children trick-or-treating will be out and about all over Tompkins County tonight.
I thought it might be proper to include some tips for safe and healthy trick-or-treating. As I am not an expert on the subject, I've provided a link to a list compiled by people who are (the Los Angeles Fire Department).
